What is a Freshness Badge?

Freshness Badges are small icons on location profiles and automated websites that let neighbors know that the information on the profile is up to date. With each profile update, a Freshness Badge is renewed for 120 days.

What if my information hasn’t changed? Can I still keep my Freshness Badge?

Absolutely! If you have your Freshness Badge reminder email handy, you can click on the action button in the email to open your Freshness Badge landing page. Then, you can click the “Information is Accurate” button on your Freshness Badge landing page to confirm that your information is still accurate. This will renew your Freshness Badge for another 120 days.

What happens if I don’t update or verify my information in time?

If you have not updated or verified your information by the 120-day mark, your Freshness Badge will disappear from your profile. To get your Freshness Badge back, update any field on your profile or click one of the Freshness Badge verification links that have been sent to you via email or notification in the Vivery Portal.

Understanding Freshness Badges

Freshness Badges are small icons on location profiles and automated websites that let neighbors know that the information on the profile is up to date. With each profile update, a Freshness Badge is renewed for 120 days.

For locations that do not need to update their profile frequently, emails and notifications within the platform alert users to when the expiration date is approaching. Even without entering new information, users can preserve their freshness badges by interacting with those notifications.

Updating a Freshness Badge from Your Email

Updating a location’s profile automatically preserves a Freshness Badge. However, for locations that do not need to update their profiles frequently (more than 120 days between updates), the Freshness Badge can be renewed through email.

If your Freshness Badge expires, you will receive an email from noreply@vivery.org that indicates it's time to review your information.

Upon receiving this email, click the Click Here link to either confirm that your location information is up to date or edit your location's information.

Review your current map listing. If everything is correct in your listing, click Information is Accurate! If you need to adjust anything, click Edit Location Details.

If you click Information is Accurate! you are directed to a page where you are congratulated for updating your Freshness Badge.  

If you click Edit Location Details, you are directed to the Location Details page to adjust the necessary information. When finished, your Freshness Badge is renewed.

Updating a Freshness Badge from the Vivery Platform

Updating a location’s profile automatically preserves a Freshness Badge. For locations that do not need to update their profile frequently (more than 120 days between updates), the Freshness Badge can be renewed through platform notifications sent by Vivery.

To renew a Freshness Badge in the platform, navigate to the Home screen and check in the notification section by clicking the bell icon. You may see a notification like the one in the following image. 

Click the Click Here link in the notification to confirm that your location information is up to date or edit your location's information.

Review your current map listing. If everything is correct in your listing, click Information is Accurate! If you need to adjust anything, click Edit Location Details.

If you click Information is Accurate! you are directed to a page where you are congratulated for updating your Freshness Badge. 

If you click Edit Location Details, you are directed to the Location Details page to adjust the necessary information. When finished, your Freshness Badge is renewed.
