To get started using Vivery, you will need to claim your location. Claiming a location connects your user account to the correct organization or location. Every organization admin receives a custom claim link from noreply@vivery.org in the following format: 

https://manager.vivery.org/GetHelp/XXXXXXXXXXXX

Click the claim link to open the login page and enter your user credentials. 

Enter your first name, last name, email address, and set a password. Enter the password twice; once into the Password field and then into the Re-enter password field to confirm it was typed correctly. All passwords must be at least 8 characters and include at least 1 uppercase letter and one number.

Check the box to indicate that you are not a robot, then click Sign Up.   
On the next page, read and click Accept to accept Vivery’s Terms of Use. 

On the next page, confirm that you have been connected to the correct organization. 

If it is correct, click Confirm. If not, click Incorrect. You can also click Please Contact Us or email support@vivery.org to get the correct link. Please include the name of the organization you should be connected to in your email. 

Click Confirm, then click Add More Details Now to begin filling out the profile, or click No Thank You to edit the profile at a later date.

To address issues at any point in the claiming process, or if you did not receive a claim link, contact support@vivery.org with information regarding the organization you would like to claim.

After one user has claimed an organization, the claim link can continue to be used by other users that need access to the organization or additional users can be added to an organization from within the platform. For more information about adding additional users, see:
