Accessing an Organization Claim Link or Claim Code

Learn how to access an organization's claim link or claim code to enable a simple organization admin sign up process.

Network administrators within the Vivery have access to claim codes and claim links for all affiliated organizations within the platform. Claim codes connect organization staff or volunteers to the correct organization upon request. Claim codes and links never expire and can be used with many users within the same organization.

To access an organization’s claim information, Click Organizations in the left navigation menu.

Type the organization’s name into the search bar or scroll to find it in the list. Click the List icon in its row, then click Edit Organization.

Scroll down to the Claim Code and Claim Link sections to find the claim information for the organization. You can also see if the organization has already been claimed by another user under Claim Status and the date it was claimed under Claim Date.

Claim Links are the easiest way to connect Organizations with their profiles as they connect people directly to a custom sign-up process that automatically associates the person to the correct organization. Claim links can be used as many times as needed and do not expire.

 

NOTE: Once a user has received and clicked a claim link URL to create their account, they can log in to manager.vivery.org or the network’s custom login page to access the platform.

 

Agencies use claim codes by navigating to manager.vivery.org, then clicking Claim Your Account. On the Vivery Welcome page, click Manually Enter Claim Code. Claim codes can be used as many times as needed and do not expire.
