Vivery offers several ways to control what information is visible on maps. Three main ways to control visibility are through the Activation Status, Network Visibility setting, or by requesting a full deletion.
Activation Status
Deactivating an organization, location, or program hides that information from all Vivery maps, including out-of-network maps. The Inactive setting affects all lower levels of the organization. For example, if an organization is inactive, all locations and programs that are part of that organization will also be inactive.
Network Visibility
Network visibility controls the visibility of information on that network’s maps. At the organization or location level, they will make associated locations appear as “out-of-network" locations on your map. At the program level, they will hide that program from your map while still allowing it to show on others.
When to Deactivate
Deactivate an organization, location, or program if they are not currently operating but may begin service again in the future, or if they are not open to the public, but you would like to include them in dashboards and metrics.
Deactivate at the highest level that makes sense to capture all lower-level parts of the organization (Organization>Location>Program).
When to Request a Deletion
Request a deletion when an organization, location, or program is no longer in operation and will not resume service in the future, was created in error, or is a duplicate.
Email support@vivery.org to request a deletion of an organization, location, or program.
