Understanding the Information Hierarchy
The first step in managing your network or organization is to understand how information is organized. Our data is structured in a hierarchy starting with Networks, then Organizations, then Locations, and finally programs. Networks and Organizations are account structures that can manage items contained beneath them on the hierarchy. Locations are the pins/listings on the map and can contain one or many programs.

Understanding What Information is Shown on the Map
Networks are account structures in Vivery that include all organizations, locations, and programs for a food bank. Network-level information is not shown on the map.
Organizations are account structures that include one or more locations. Organization-level information is not shown on the map and allows a single administrator to manage multiple related locations.
Locations are individual places that show up as pins and listings on the Vivery map. The information entered in the location profile will be visible on the map.
Programs are food or other social support services offered at a location. Programs are visible at the bottom of the location profile page on the Vivery map. Locations can have one or multiple programs.
