The Program Status indicates whether a program at a given location is active or inactive. Active programs appear on Vivery maps, while inactive locations do not. 

Programs that need to close for a short time or otherwise do not want their information to show on Vivery maps may choose to inactivate their program profile without losing their details. Inactive programs can be reactivated at any time without any loss of data.

To change the status of a program, click Locations in the left navigation menu. Use the Search… field to type the name of the location, then click on the name of the location from the List of Locations. 

On the Location Details page, the Programs tab is next to the Location Details tab. If there is more than one program in this location, scroll to the program you want to manage.

In the upper right corner of the selected program’s section, if the program is currently active, Active Program appears in green, and if it is currently inactive Inactive Program appears in red. 

To change the status of the program, click the Edit icon next to Active Program/Inactive Program. In the  pop-up window, click in the field labeled Program Status and click to select the relevant option. If the program is temporarily out of service, choose Inactive. This will prevent this program from being listed on any Vivery maps until it is reactivated. If the program is resuming service, choose Active to list this agency on Vivery maps. 

Click Save Changes when finished.
