To add a new user to Vivery, click User Management in the left navigation menu to open the List of Users page.
NOTE: The type of user you will be able to add is dependent on your own user type. Network admins can add other network admins, organization admins, or location admins to any organization in their network. Organization admins can add organization or location admins to entities with which they are affiliated.
To add a user, click the green +Add User button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

The Add New User pop-up screen appears. In the appropriate text areas, enter the first name, last name, email address, and a phone number (optional).

Under What Can this User Access?, choose an appropriate role from the dropdown menu for this user which will dictate what they can access or edit. Admins can only create users at their same role level or lower.

A Network Admin can edit all settings for the network they are assigned. This includes map settings, platform settings, and more. They can also edit information for any organization, location, or program within their network. A Network Admin can create other Network Admins, Organization Admins, or Location Admins.

An Organization Admin can edit all information related to the organization including location profiles, program pages, automated websites, and text messaging capabilities tied to that organization. An Organization Admin can create other Organization Admins or Location Admins.
- A Location Admin can edit all information related to their location. After selecting Location Admin, then select the name of their affiliated location. A Location Admin can create other Location Admins.
Click +Add Another Role to assign an additional role for a user if they need to manage multiple profiles. Each user can only be one type of administrator. For example, a network admin cannot be an organization admin using the same email. If a user needs two types of administrative access, they must have two separate accounts.
Click Save when finished. An email with a link to set up credentials is sent to the address you entered.
NOTE: The invitation email expires after 72 hours. If the new user doesn’t sign in within that time, resend the invitation.
