Creating and Configuring a Custom Login Page

Learn how to create and manage a network's custom login page.

Network administrators can customize the login page that Network, Organization, and Location Administrators see when logging in to the Vivery platform.

NOTE: Preview changes at any time by clicking Preview Page near the top right corner of the Custom Login Page

To customize the login page, click Settings in the left navigation menu, then click Network Settings. Scroll down to the Custom Login Page section to get started.

Under Network Logo, click Upload Image and select the appropriate file to upload a logo. Under Background Image, click Upload Image and select the appropriate file to add a background image. To delete an image, click the Delete icon next to it.

Under Welcome Message, add a brief intro for users accessing the custom login page. Click the Edit icon and enter text into the pop-up that appears. Click Save when satisfied with the welcome message.

Select colors for the sign in button text, sign in button background, and support text by clicking the Dropdown icon.

In the color selector, use the slider to the right to select a hue, and then click within the color field to select the tint or shade. The color field fades from least saturated to most saturated (left to right), and light to dark (top to bottom).

To use specific colors to ensure continuity or to match a specific branding guide, use the HEX code text area in the color picker text area. Type or copy and paste any HEX code into the field above HEX. HEX codes must have 6 characters preceded by the number sign (#XXXXXX).

To use RGB values instead, click the Up/Down arrows icon to toggle to the RGB text areas, then enter the red, green, and blue numerical values.

Networks can also customize the subdomain of the login page. This changes the standard URL (https://manager.vivery.org) to a custom URL in the following format: https://chosenname.vivery.org.

To add a subdomain, type the desired name into the Network Subdomain text field. It must be all one word and acronyms are a common option. Once entered, the system will assess if that subdomain has already been taken. Click Publish when ready.

NOTE: Subdomains can only be changed by Vivery developers once entered and saved. Please be sure of the entry before proceeding.

An alert pop-up appears to confirm that you would like to permanently change the network’s subdomain. It provides a preview of the new URL for you to review. To commit the change, click Confirm. To go back without making the change, click Cancel.
