A location is a physical place where food programs or other services are offered. Each active location will appear as a pin and listing on associated maps. One organization may have many locations, while others may just have one.
To create a new location, click Locations in the left navigation menu.

Click the green +Add Location button in upper-right corner of the List of Locations area. The Create a Location window appears.

If you are a network admin or an organization admin for more than one organization in Vivery, select the organization to which this location should be affiliated from the drop-down menu and click Next.
From the Add a Location page, enter basic information about the location. The required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*). When finished, click the Next button.

The Add Your Programs window appears. Enter at least one program for your location to be saved, including some basic information about this new program. The required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*).
Select the appropriate program category from the Program Category drop-down menu that best describes the program. There are program categories for both food or non-food programs. If none of the listed categories describe the program, Other.
If you entered a primary location contact in the Location Details, you may click the Use the same Contact as Location checkbox to apply that location contact to this program.

If this location has additional programs, click +Add Another Program and follow the same instructions for adding the first program.
When all programs are added, click Next and confirm that the location and its accompanying program or programs have been successfully created. From here, you can click Add more details, or if you are finished, click No thanks to close the pop-up. Location and programs can be edited any time.
