Programs represent the activities or services that occur at a location and appear on Vivery map search results under the location’s general information. Programs of all types such as SNAP signup, educational courses, case management, non-food distributions and more are supported.
To create a new program, click Locations in the left navigation menu. Type the location name in the Search… text area, then select the location from the List of Locations by clicking its name.

This opens the Location Details page. At the top left of the page, click the Programs tab next to the Location Details tab.

At the top right of the page, click the green +Add Program button. In the pop-up window, enter information about your program. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk.

Under Program Name, type the name of the program as you would like it to appear on the map.
Under Program Category, select the appropriate option from the drop down menu. There are categories for both food and non-food programs, but if nothing fits, select Other.
Under Program Contact, enter the Contact Name, Phone Number/Extension, and Email of the primary program contact. Click the checkbox next to Use the same Contact as Location if the program contact is the same as the location contact.
NOTE: This contact information is public-facing on the map. Do not enter contact information that you are uncomfortable having available to the general public.
If necessary, add another program by clicking +Add Another Program at the bottom of this pop-up window. When finished adding programs, click Save.
