Adding Location and Program Contacts

Learn how to add public contacts to a location or program.

Understanding Location and Program Contacts

There are two types of contacts that can be entered on the Vivery platform: primary location contacts and primary program contacts.

Location contacts often refer to administrators, office staff, or other individuals who may be able to answer general questions about the location and its program’s offerings.

Program contacts refer to people working with a specific program at a location. This is especially important when there is more than one program at a location. Locations can have individual program contacts for each program that it hosts. This allows people seeking services to get in touch with the right person when they have questions or concerns about a specific program.

Adding a Location Contact

To add contact information at the location level, navigate to Locations in the left navigation menu. Select your chosen location.

From the Location Details page, scroll to the Location Contact section and click Edit.

Type contact information into the Location Contact text areas.

NOTE: The information entered at the location level is publicly available on Vivery maps.

Click Save Changes when finished.

Adding A Program Contact

To add contact information to the program level, click Locations in the left navigation menu, then click the name of the location.

From the Location Details page, click the Programs tab directly next to Location Details

In the Programs page, scroll to the desired program.

Find the Primary Program Contact field and click Edit.

In the pop-up you can add the program contact information including name, phone number, and email.

Once all contact information is entered, click Save Changes.

Using a Location Contact as a Program Contact

If the contact information for a program is the same as its location contact, you can easily apply it to the program.

NOTE: Location contact information must exist to use this feature.

To use the location contact as a program contact, click Locations in the left navigation menu, then click the name of the location.

From the Location Details page. Click the Programs tab directly next to Location Details

In the Program page, scroll to your chosen program, then click the Edit icon in the Primary Program Contact field.

In the pop-up, click the check box labeled Use the same Contact as Location.

NOTE: If there is no location contact, the check box will not be available to check.

Click Save Changes.
